I really wanted to love this place as I just moved to the area but the pedicure I got the other day was awful. For some reason the woman who gave me my pedi cut my big toe nail extremely short and in the process really cut me up and did some damage under the nail bed. I'm on vacation now and walking hurts (not great when you want to walk on the beach and around town) and I've been waking up at night with throbbing pain in my big toe. I'm now just praying it isn't infected. What is the point of getting a pre-vacation pedicure if it ends up hurting you and making you miserable and worried the whole time? I should mention the man who gave me my manicure did a nice job and was very nice but I can't risk going back to a place that may injure me or worse, give me an infection.

This was the best mani pedi I've had since March 2020. I walked in and they took me right away - no waiting. The competent woman who took care of me had a wonderful attention to detail and did exactly as I asked. The owner was attentive and the environment was clean and friendly. With long waits, short staffing and inexperienced employees at other places I have been in the area (who charge much more for less than ideal results), I am happy to have found Westport Nails.

They use the same waxing spatula and deep it over and over in the same warmer. Also, they probably did not even change the spatula from the previous person, contaminating it from someone's legs or Brazilian wax to yours. Very dirty, this place should be closed.

As a customer for 10+ years, I was somewhat cautious when long time owner sold the business. I can happily state that the new owners, Jackie and Daisy have done a fabulous job. They are warm and welcoming and are an enterprising and charming couple. I am there about every other week and am never disappointed. The massages that are typically included while getting my gel coat manicure is always a welcome stress reliever. The place is always clean and calming.
